This article is essentially an adaptation of "Μπαμπά μαμά… τι είναι το Linux; (Mom, Dad... What is Linux?)" that I published earlier this month. It is the first in the series "Σε απλά Ελληνικά (In plain Greek)" where I aim to translate the world of IT into simple terms so that even non-IT folks can understand it.
